Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling with Vasudeepa Dance Academy it is assumed that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment and Registration
- All students must complete the academy’s registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- The academy reserves the right to refuse or terminate enrollment for any reason.
Fees
- To secure you/ your child’s place, term fees must be paid in full by the due date.
- Fees that are not paid by the due date may result in losing your place.
- Our current term is 1 month.
- Fees will not be prorated for lost classes in the month before enrollment.
- The academy reserves the right to adjust tuition fees without notice.
Safety and Liability
- Participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dance activities.
- The academy is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
- By enrolling with Vasudeepa Dance Academy you agree to release Vasudeepa, its owners and all employees of Vasudeepa from liability for any injuries to you or your child while attending classes at Vasudeepa Dance Academy.
Changes to Schedule or Curriculum
- The academy may modify class schedules, instructors, or curriculum with reasonable notice.
- Students will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
Refund Policy
Once payment is made, fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or discounts provided for missed lessons under any circumstances.
Communication
It is the responsibility of students and their guardians to regularly check and respond to communications from the academy.
Termination of Services
The academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment or services for any student due to non-payment, violation of policies, or other reasons deemed necessary by the academy.
Trial Class Registration
We offer a free trial class to all new students. Please register for your free trial class by contacting us.
- The free trial class is open to new students only. Only one free trial class will be offered per family.
- Participants must meet any age or skill level requirements specified by the dance academy.
- Participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with dance activities.
- The dance academy is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the free trial class.
- In the event of inability to attend, participants must notify Vasudeepa in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the free class.
- After participation in the free trial class , the student may enroll in regular classes. At this point, the trial class will cease to become a free class and will be counted as the first paid class.
- The academy may take photographs or videos during the free trial class for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the participant.
- Participants are expected to adhere to the academy’s code of conduct during the free trial class.
- The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the free trial class for any reason. Participants will be notified in advance.
- The dance academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
By participating in the free trial class, participants and/or their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Make Up Classes
- There are NO discounts/credits for missed classes or if you are away.
- If you miss a class, there will be no replacement class.
- In the event of a teacher-initiated cancellation due to inclement weather or personal reasons, an online makeup class will be arranged. The date and time of the makeup call will be at the discretion of the teacher and academy.
Class Viewing
Only one other parent is allowed to watch or take turns with their child. Grandparents, aunties, friends etc are welcome at our open days only.
Media release and Photography
- Unless Vasudeepa Dance Academy receives written notification to the contrary, by enrolling in Vasudeepa Dance Academy it is assumed that you give permission to Vasudeepa to take photographs and videos of your child whilst in a dance class.
- By enrolling with Vasudeepa, it is also assumed that you give permission for your child’s photographed or electronically recorded image to be used for promotional and advertising purposes including but not limited to print media, marketing or promotional material online, on Vasudeepa’s website and social media.
- No photography/video recording is allowed during the dance class unless authorized by a Vasudeepa employee.
Modification of Terms
The academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any changes.
